I am pleased to write a review of Pioneer Endicott. First and foremost this is a beautiful historic building located in ... downtown St.Paul. The staff, including the office, maintenance, and cleaning crew are all professional, efficiemt, hardworking, friendly and most importantly problem solvers. It didn't matter what issue I presented, it was resolved in a friendly manner. I also think the quality of the people who choose to reside here seem to live quietly, are respectful of this building and are always willing to share friendly banter. I've lived in Pioneer over a year now and figured it was time to give my opinion. I originally chose the place because of ... the location, close to my work. Since, I've become partial to the building, staff and neighbors. I usually transfer every 2 years and lived in a lot of major cities, however, this is first place that has made me considering staying longer. As for the staff, they are the most approachable and reactive I've ever experienced and if I may say, Leif and Tabatha are great. I just referred a colleague that just transferred here. The Pioneer-Endicott is a great place to live. The apartments are a nice blend of historic and modern. There are two very ... nice out door areas and a lovely social room. The Management is very informative and responsive. Top that off with Legacy Chocolates on the skyway level and 12welve Eyes BrewPub in the basement and you’ve got a great place to call home. The concerns that tenants have are usually maintenance, amenities and noise. I have lived in PE since May 2017, and the ... parking is safe (exception of pigeons), I love the quality of the amenities, the maintenance staff are helpful, the location is great, the noise level is moderate (children running through the halls) is to be expected, however, the staff is exceptional. I have lived at the Pioneer Endicott for over three years and am still grateful for being able to come to such a safe and beautiful apartment. The other residents are nice and the employees are respectful and responsive. When everything was uncertain in the last several years, I knew I had security at "home." Thank you.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the care I see the building get in terms of maintenance and upkeep. I love the option to get fresh flowers and amazing truffles without leaving the building.
