When are the skyways open?    Where can I enter and exit the skyway system?   Are the skyways becoming less safe?     What is that smell?     Questions about the current state of the Saint Paul skyway system increase as residential and business populations grow and evolve.  Business leaders are working to develop recommendations for changes to skyway rules including hours of operation.   Residents and other stake-holders have both similar and  differing perspectives.   The Capitol River Council's responsibility is to make certain all voices are heard and included in their recommendations to the City Council.<\/p>\n

\nAlong with the monthly meetings of its Skyway Governance Advisory Committee, this Spring, CRC will host "State of the Skyways<\/em><\/strong>"  a major Public Engagement event designed to provide residents with the latest updates on skyway issues and the opportunity to express and discuss their concerns.
